Can someone PLEASE tell me what Im doing wrong?

I exercise every day. Walk 2-4 miles, play tennis 3x times a week.

I dont eat fast food, dont drink soft drinks, and I stay clear of refined sugars.

I try to eat no more than 1800-2000 cal. a day

But Im stuck at almost 300 lbs. And the scale just wont budge. Its been months and Im still the same weight.

What is it that Im doing wrong?
