Hi all!
I am 18 and live in Australia. I have been diagnosed with lactose intolerance, reflux, chrones disease and rhumatoid arthirtis. Taking around 21 tablets daily so i have a lot of things i want to accomplish to get healthy. I no longer want to eat junk food not that i eat it escessively and i want to stop any un-needed snacking. I have to be my own doctor and loose the extra weight on my body that doesn't need to be there.
So my first day has been good!!
I had some meat at 11am = minced meat with spices and herbs
a tea and heaps of water.
I have snacked on dried apricots and a few nuts, =Thank God no chocolate!!
Unfortunately i have to go out for dinner but im looking forward to choosing healthy.
Lets see how far i go, any tips from you guys would be greatly appreciated!!
