hi, i have tried numerous diets and i am pretty good about sticking to them when i am alone. My fiance is a trucker so he is away often. While he is gone i do great on my diet I also exercise regularly. However when he returns my diet seems to come to a hault. He doesn't offer me any support, it seems that he incourages me to eat things that i should not be eating. And i tend to overconsume when he is home. The same goes for when i visit relatives homes, I seem to overeat. I dont understand why this happens this way. Anyone know of any way to help me deal with the problem. I want more than anything to lose the excess pounds and i still have a long way to go. At the rate iam going i will stay this same weight forever or gain more weight.
I also wanted to know( based on ultimate weight lose) which diet is better low carb or low calorie?
