hey im new here and i read sum of the posts n i think its so good that every1 helps each other with dieting
i am dieting at the moment and i have a rely big problem with cravings
by about 9 o'clock i get cravings and i end up most nties eating a couple of biscuits after i have worked rely hard that morning and afternoon. what can i do?
i run every morning before i eat, but does that mean i will burn the cravings i had the nte before or what?
please help
also does anyone know any good thigh toning exercises coz i have huge thighs.?
