From Daniel need advice.

On May 10th with no intention of becoming fit or loosing weight I began to do a forty day fast. The fasting was pretty easy so (this is hard to explain) I began doing exercise but it got easy, I know I can do more so I quit smoking after 35 years. So now I am 35 lbs and am in the best shape that I have been in in the last 20 years. Well I am underweight and I am willing to eat more however anytime I eat anything with fat, calories or carbohydrates it goes to my stomach and I look like a tooth pick with an olive on it. I have been doing cruknches but I still get a gut everytime I eat. Also I want to do more of a variety of ab exercises that do not require equipment I am just doing the simple bent knee crunches. On the first of August I will be seeing a dietician but until then does anyone have any advice.

Yeah fat doesn't stock up only on your belly but this is where it begin I suppose. You should still go on eating more but do sports too. Once you get to talk with you dietician, you should be able to know what's wrong but I know it's easier to build muscular mass on fat than out of nothing.

thank you for your advice Ashlay the problem is I can't seem to bring myself to put fat on my body. I need to find ab workouts that burn fat that I can do without equipment. Who is the ab expert here.

abs made easy

There is a book called abs diet, it contains exercises to do at home and they work. It was written by the guy who does the mens fitness magazine.

I read your post and will give you my advice. One you don't want to add fat for any reason. Fat does not turn into muscle. You create lean muscle and it increases your metabolism and helps you burn fat.
people are confused about weight loss. THere is no such thing as an ab reducung plan. Your bosy stores fat all over and you need to reduce it all over, spot reduction is a myth, The lower abdomen is the hardest place to lose it. Once you understand how your body works and what it needs it becomes very clear why a lot of the stuff sold to dieters today cannot work long term.

Good luck, Martin Harshberger http://www.livingtobeyounger.com
