Just wanted to tell my story and try to help.
I have stuggled with my weight all my life. Im 5'8" and was 182 pounds. Now im 165 pounds and lost 17 pounds in one month. Im still losing and would like to weight 135 again someday. I have found that its not so much the diet aids that you use as much as having a coach or buddy to explain how your products work. Ive tried many different diets and suppliments. I am now using herbalife and im a herbalife distibutor now. This is the thrid time i have tried herbalife i just liked that it was natural and ive always liked using ginseng for energy. Well anyway on this third journey i found what i have been missing in all this dieting and thats a coach that listensand understands the ups and downs of dieting. She even helped me with how to start according to my budget which wasnt much. i didnt start ny spending a lot of money i started slow and now im on my way to a healthier life. Im not here to sell you products im here to help as a coach yes i have more knowledge on the herbalife products but also have some tips on how to get started and then increase your weight lost. HERES HOW I STARTED
to start it cost me $67 dollars I could of Started with $33 here was my meal plan
breakfast: 1 banana split shake and 1 slice of peanut butter toast 1 total control tablet( to give me energy)
Lunch: 1 fuit shake 2 cups salad (w/low cal dressing) always had cheese and bacon bits on my salad 1 total control tablet
Snack: 1 cup of veg soup ( recipe 1 beef boulin cube and any veggies you want)
Dinner 3-6 oz of any meat perferably lean 2 cups salad 1 potato and 2 veggies
1 total control tablet
well that was my menu for one maoth and i lost 17 pounds
there were times i couldnt eat all my dinner but i never went hungry
