[b]Hi, I've been talking around and it seems that most people are doing Weight Watchers, Diets 4 idiots or Adkins. The Adkins thing just isn't for me and everything else costs money to get the "kit" and information. I don't have the money to spend on a plan right now, but am desperatly needing to loose weight. I'm not self-disiplined enough to just watch what I eat and not eat too much. I think about food from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. I also cook for 4 other people each night and trying to loose weight when everyone else is fine with their eating habits makes things that much harder. It is hard enough to find something that we all like. When I go shopping I always buy fresh fruits and veggies, but I can't afford to keep those fresh veggies that I like in the house everyday...I"m feeling very lost about how I should takle this issue with myself. If anyone is on a diet that is seeming to work for them, I would love to have the info on your program. I would also like to find info on all and any diets that are out there. Thank you~Kristin[color=blue]

Hey Kirsten,
I just started on the 4idiots weight loss and it only cost 27 dollars to get in and you basicly eat the same foods that you would everyday, just change the times and stuff with them! I think it is a good investment, I don't feel too bad or anything and feel like i am eating enough! Hope this helps!

Hey, I'm new here and I just had a question...
My energy levels have been really low lately and I don't know what to do. I've been following my usual routine. I have a normal sleep schedule, I'm eating correctly, working out 4 to 5 times a week and keeping hydrated, but I'm still feeling really down.
I've gotten a few suggestions from people: drink more water, mix up my workout routine, xenadrine nrg (seems tempting to try)
What do you think about these options?
Does anyone else have any suggestions?
I have a pack of xenadrine nrg that I am going to try I think.

Just how low have you cut your calories? If you cut back too far, you won't have enough gas in the tank to get through the day, let alone work out. Thanks goodness you've got all the bases for successful weight loss covered - eating properly, hydration, rest and exercise. The only thing missing is simply that you may not be taking enough food in to supply your needs.

I have cut my calories down to 1200 but still not enough energy to work out. It might just be a motivation issue. But I decided to try xenadrine nrg and I think it is actually working (maybe placebo effect, but I will take it!). I checked out their site and I am getting another free pack, www.xenadrinenrg.com.
I am pumped! This excitement is even enough to get me back into the swing of things!!

How does FREE sound? There is a diet at http://home.earthlink.net/~the-fat-race and it is totally free. There are meal planners, helpful hints, recipes. I've almost been on the diet for 3 months and have lost 28 lbs. I am hoping by the end of the month to hit or pass the 30 lb. mark.
