Here is a tip to help you improve your digestion and get rid of bloated feeling
Prepare a warming tea with spices like cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, fennel, and anise, which not only are deliciously aromatic but also help to prevent indigestion, and get rid of gas, bloated feeling.
Another tea to help you clean your body to improve your weight loss progress is fenugreek tea because it softens and dissolves mucus in the lungs and moistens the intestinal tract preventing constipation.
