The use of Ephedra has caused alot of problems with alot of people...mostly becasue of abuse. People try it to increase their metabolism and burn calories. What do you think will hapen when you stop the stuff..........your metabolism slows and the fat comes back. The real answer is actualt long term lifestyle change.......done correctly. That's the only real way to get it off and keep it off.
