Thumbs up

[font=Arial][size=7][color=purple]Hi. I've lost a lot of weight(haven't weighed myself in a while). I was a size 18 and now I'm an 8. I want to get down to and flatten my stomach. The flattening my stomach is what I have trouble with. If I could do these 2 things I would be fully satisfied with my body. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Congratulations on your weight loss!!!! I haven't made it as far as you have, so I don't know how flat your tummy, but Denise Austin swears by Pilates. I have been doing her Pilates video, and my abs are much stronger. I can really tell a difference. Now I just need to get the fat off, so I can see how strong my abs are!!!

Congrats. I'm starting all over again since the holiday candies and fatting foods are over with until next year. Alot of people do use pliates(sp) and say they work the best. One exercise they also say and that I use to use before i gained all the weight back (I hate the holidays) was the cross over crunch. That worked pretty good.

Hope you can get your tummy flattened the way you want. Good luck!!!

Congrats on the awesome weight loss! Flattening the belly is one of the hardest things you can do. Weightloss is not targetted, but instead comes from all over. Remember, ABS begin in the kitchen. Crunches and cardio will do wonders in developing abs. 5 sets of 30, side crunches, leg lifts work well. Tell us how you're doing!
