Currently.. I've put on a little weight.. I am 21 years old, 5'3 and weigh about 138. I am not fat at all, I have some pretty strong thighs.. (I used to weigh about 145 pounds, and found the motivation to lose the weight in January) but I really want to lean down and be about 125-130.
Hey Im dieting too and Its a good Idea to eat small things each time you get hungry. Dont just eat 3 big meals eat 6 or 7 small meals spread over the day. This keeps you from overeating and from getting hungry. It helped me a lot! Enjoy your weight loss and keep it off.
