Hello, I apologize for the blatant self-proclamation, but I am very
happy and proud of myself and if I say nothing, I'm going to burst.
Today, I checked the scale at my doctor's office and have officially
lost 50 pounds. I have gone from 233 to 183. I owe it all to DANCING.
I love to dance but my weight has kept me from feeling
comfortable enough to attend parties and clubs. Then,
I discovered Dance Dance Revolution for the PlayStation II ($200).
It made dancing easy and fun. After 1 hour a day for 86 days,
here I am. Still, I'm not satified or done, I've just started aerobics and lifting.
Believe it or not, I do both to a $15 dance music video dvd
I bought online. For me, it helps. Next weekend, I plan
on going (with my new body and warddrobe) to a club for
the first time since highschool. Eventhough it may not work for
everyone, I was able to literally save my life for a little
over $200, and believe me, it's worth it!!!!!

I think that it is great that you found something that you love to do and it helped you lose wieght. I myself love to dance and do it often. You should try belly danceing (when you are allllllllllll alllllllloneeeee....or at least that is when I do it) It really helps with toneing your mid section and all the core muscles around your spine. Congradulations on your wieght loss. You deserve it.
