Unhappy Grrr

Hello everyone,

Im needin some serious help! Im 20 yrs. old, 5'4, and 194lbs. Im married, and my husband likes me for what i am, but IM NOT! Ive tried to diet, diet.......diet....... but no results. I have 3 stomach ulcers, and live with my dad, and step-mom. They dont eat healthy what so ever. I cant afford "special" diet foods out there. I want to be 130lbs asap! I dont even want to get out of the house because i feel so ashamed for my looks. Because I think everyone is stareing at me, and whispering. Ive emailed several weight loss support groups, they said eat veggies, problem: i only like certain veggies, which include: raw carrots, green peas, pinto beans, corn, and potatoes. I hate tomatoes, and other stuff like that. Ive tried to cut back on my portions. I tend to get very hungry at night time. Ive been on Hydroxy cut, trim spa, smart burn, and all the other otc fake junk. But nothing seems to be working. I feel really alone, nobody to talk to. I keep my feelings bottled up inside me, which aint good! If anyone out there can help me, please email me at:

Im wanting a diet buddy to talk to on a regular basis!

Aww FaydenStarr, you sound so discouraged! You can come here and talk to us anytime. That's why Jeeplaw started this site!

You know it's a myth that you can't lose weight unless you eat a whole list of expensive food. Think of all the starving skinny people eating nothing but that high carb favorite, rice.
I personally would love to be able to afford grapefruit and fresh salmon but I can't.

You know a good weight loss program that almost everyone likes and costs very little is this one that I saw last year in Prevention magazine.

Breakfast:
Cereal
Milk
Orange juice

Lunch:
Peanut butter sandwich
Apple

Dinner:
Fish, chicken or meat, any type, 4-6 ounces
Potato, or, 1 & 1/2 cups rice or pasta
Vegetable, any kind any amount

Bedtime snack:
popcorn, cereal and/or fruit

In other words, simple balanced meals without second helpings should allow you to lose at a safe one or two pounds a week without having to buy special food or drinks.

Talking

Not every day is a diet day. On feast days you should feast!
