Anything with the word "miracle" in it sounds suspicious to me. It reminds me of the old time "miracle elixers" of the snake oil salesmen at carnivals.

Ive tried it

Hello Sandra

I have been using miraclediet for 2 months now it does work. The things I like about it are its very simple there isn’t much to remember. I have tried the calorie counting and points systems before and they were hard work I did loose weight on them but I was hungry a lot and as soon as I stopped the weight went back on again. I suppose I wasn’t getting to the root cause of why I was overweight I was treating the symptom rather than the cause.

With Miraclediet the only thing I did struggle with was the cutting out of all additives in food this is quite difficult as so many foods that you currently eat contain additives. You do have to stop eating micro waved dinners. (I always liked them because they were easy).

But I have lost a lot of weight (14lbs) and its now not like I am actually on a diet I just don’t eat the foods I used to eat. I feel a lot healthier and everybody tells me I look a lot healthier.

So my advice would be go for it girl!

Good luck

Beth

I dont think many people will have tried it

Hello Sandra

I don’t think you will find many people who know about miracle diet its quite new
I heard about it from a friend who had lost a lot of weight, and started myself 8 weeks ago.

My story is similar to beths

Ive lost a lot of weight which I am pretty ecstatic about.
I started gaining weight 10 years ago after my children were born and couldn't seem to loose it I have tried just about every diet over the last 10 years and some did work at the time but when I stopped I regained the weight.

One tip for the miracle diet is if you use white meat or fish for the protein, you loose weight quicker. At first my weight loss was pretty quick then it slowed down my friend who had reccomended miracle diet to me suggested I use fish and white meat to speed up weight loss and it worked.

Good Luck
Anne

What would be a typical day's food on this?

You know what ? Any basic diet will work...low carb, low fat, low this . low that .....whatever ! What it's all about is Math...yes I hated math too but it's true....if what you eat in calories is more than you burn...with movement and activity...you will slowly or quickly gain weight. To reverse this you need to eat fewer callories than you need for fuel...simple....now the ways of doing that are in millions of books and articles...what you need to do is find what works for you and is something you can live with...that's the hard part. You also need to change your relationship with food. It's not your yummy, hug or reward or obsession...it's just fuel ! Too bad it tastes so good !!

Generally speaking female adult need to eat less than 2000 calories a day and the won't be fat. 2500 for adult males.

If you are fat you are probably a glutton.
