well hi...my name is shannon. im 14 and i weight 138. ive recently lost 12 pounds but right now ive seem to be stuck because my buddies from the last forum... www.featherish.com werent really helping like when i started out.
So i decided to find a new forum to start to write in.
Why im here is that i want to lose another 20 pounds. I would like to lose it as fast as possible. So maybe mid summer i will be able to look good in a cute bikini for once in my life.
See im going into high school in the fall and i think that it will help my self cofindense and help me be more outgoing because right now im a little self concious about my weight and body.
I only have 6 more days left of the 8th grade and then i have like 2-3 months of summer.
like i said i would like to lose it all by mid-summer
what i need help with is the food.
i dont know what to eat so i always end up eating the easiest thing to get to which is usually junk food.
if i could have a list of food and meal plans it would be so helpful!!
then i could just get my mom to go grocery shopping.
Oh and i also like to stay under 1200 calories... on days/weeks when im doing really good i barely ever reach that much.
i hope that you guys can help me more than the last one!!!
hey there. wow, i don't exactly know where to start, but i am kind of in the same boat as you, kind of. i am 16 and i weigh 170, so i have a little more to lose than you do, i will be a junior next year and i don't want to go back the same way i left. so far i have lost about 9 pounds since school let out about a week and a half ago. now my losing has kind of slowed down, but at least i am still losing. i am looking for someone who can be a buddy and just share tips and things like that with. i happened to stumble upon this forum when i was looking for advice. although i am not into losing weight as fast as possible i do want to lose about 20 or so by the end of summer. so anyways, if u wanna talk just lemme know.

but yeah it would be great to just talk.
i have been really bad latly about food.
gosh...but i have set this plan thingy to lose 3 pounds a week and at the end of each week i get a reward.
sometimes it like a day off.
this week (its monday) i got off to a bad start by eating cookie dough then eating 3 cookies. then i had paremasion cheese...im addicted to it...i LOVE it...but for lunch i turned it back around and ate some carrot and cauliflour with ranch.
hopefully i can stick to it today
but there is really nothing healthy in the house to eat. since its summer in all....my mom hasnt been shopping for like my lunches and stuff...but on thursday she gets paid and she said that she would take me grocery shopping.
over this summer i want to get in great shape...and toned...what have you been doing lately?? :P
