Hey everyone, Im new here, I have been trying to lose weight for a while now, but everytime I wake up and say "I'm starting my diet today" I wind up eating the same crap, and I never get any where. Its the lack of will power. I find I dont have much of that.
I am currently 173 lbs in a size 11-13 pant size and I would like to get down to about a size 5 and down to 130. I am so sick of my weight. Hopefully this site will help me with some diet tips, do's and dont's, and by just talking to other people like me! I look foward to speaking with some of you. Thanks for listening!
