I began an exercise program recently as well as a diet. I am looking to lose a lot of weight for a reunion in a few months. To help the process along I was wondering if anyone has any experience with diet products? let me know what works/doesnt work. Also, when exercising do you do both weight training and cardio or just cardio? thanks

Hi Matt, as for weight loss products, I'm currently using Lipo6 combined with Vasapro (which contains ephedrine hcl), both legal to buy. Works great WHEN used with cardio and drinking lots of water.

As for doing cardio, yes I do incorporate weight lifting into my exercises as well. This forces my body to expend more calories which turns that metabolism wheel which then burns fat.

What are your current eating habits? Lets start there.

I have improved my eating habits. I try to eat three meals a day now. I'm trying not to eat TOO many carbohydrates but I am not doing any type of atkins diet. I have also attempted to cut alcohol out of my diet as well. What does Lipo6 do and where do you buy it?
