Hey i'm new and i need help!
Hey i'm new here
I'm trying to lose weight as i'm fed up with myself right now, ive given up and i need something to change. I can't do this by myself as i don't have the right will power, my friends and boyfriend don't really understand what i'm going through so i need someone to help me, someone i can talk with and help me with my diet.
I'm aiming to lose about 2 dress sizes, i'm not expecting to lose it straight away and i would like to lose it at a nice pace. However my prom is on the 18th may and i would like to have made a Huge difference by that time.
MY daily diet consits of something like this-
Shape strawberry yoghurt and a banana every morning
For lunch its generally just cucumber and lettuce as i'm very picky with my food! And its th eonly thing i can be bothered to make before college in the morning. Sometimes i'll have Tuna and sesemseed rivita, or pasta and tuna, maybe a sandwhich. It changes from day to day.
For dinner i have whatever i'm cooked really.
I don't do much exercise and don't walk alot, i've been trying to make an effort to do alot more bike riding and i do weights every now n then and some exercies's, i go through fits and bursts n then give up, or lsoe weight n return back to normal
At the moment i'm being lazy and using one of those muscle toner things that i've been using for the past week, however i can't see much difference so i'm not using that now. I'd much prefer to do these things by myself.
Also generally around my period i get hungrey premenatly, even half hour after i've eaten a big dinner and then i'm starving. I drink plenty of water, can anyone help me get past the hunger? maybe make it disappear.
Thank you SOO much for taking the time to read this email
Any help is so much appreciated. Maybe a diet buddy would come in useful?!

Your diet sounds pretty good, but I'd exercise
It sounds like you may not be consuming enough altogether --- just yogurt and a banana, then a salad and an unspecified dinner-- I'd have that tuna or something with the salad. You might check out some good diets like the South Beach diet to get an idea of what's a good eating regimen. And exercise is so important for health overall, as well as losing weight while maintaining or improving muscle tone. Versus looking slack and without curves -- a worst possibility. find some exercise you like, aerobic and weight training. if I really don't feel like exercising, I'll often manage to take a walk or bike ride to some favorite second-hand clothing etc. store which I like to check out. And some exercise with (cheap) free weights and/or situps will take care of my weight training (while I watch a TV program I like). If I like my form of exercise, I can do it every day.
Also you might check out some calorie counts of the food do you were eating to make sure that you're eating the right amount of calories in that dinner, etc.).
Regarding the hunger you complain of, the South Beach diet is supposed to get rid of your cravings, and it certainly worked for me. But you're liable to be hungry if you're not eating some reasonable amount -- and it doesn't sound like you are with just a salad. Different things work for different people. Often smaller, more frequent meals are recommended -- I eat about 300 to 350 calories per four meals a day and have about 150 calories as a bedtime snack. Protein with the meal can help keep your energy up -- I mostly have protein at every meal. Sometimes it's just hard to diet -- I have a list in my head at least of things I can do when I'm tired and more apt to turn towards food -- crochet, etc. Or things that can excite me and get my mind off food (yeah, shopping at value Village sometimes (smile)
I find for me that motivation and keeping busy are my main helpers. Other people may have others, but for me keeping busy seems to override anything else, like stress, which can sometimes send me into overeating. And I got surgery which removed the need for my hated glasses (made one eye look smaller than the other) and that made me feel much more attractive and ready to diet. So figure out what'll work for you, check out some diets, etc. keep trying. You'll get there.
As far as diet buddies, you're welcome to e-mail me -- I can't always get back promptly but this section of diet buddies seems to be a helpful site, and you'll probably get help here also

Still need help, Lilmiss?
Hello!
I just read your post. have you ever heard about a program called "Isagenix" ?? Its a cleansing and fat burning system that is safe and very focused on nutrition. I did that for 4 months and lost 44 lbs. and never felt better for it. If you want more information, let me know and I'll be glad to help.

Amazing Apple Patch Diet
Hi lilmiss_016,
So sorry to hear about your predicament. I too have tried all kinds of diet pills and shakes but I found the best diet ever invented. No side effects and best of all you just place one patch anywhere in your body and leave it for three days then replace it with a new patch. I have been using it for two weeks now and I already lost 2 lbs. Try it you won't regret it. Here is the website, I can't really type it the way it should be in here but you'll know what to do. So here it is: wwwapplepatchdietdotcomforwardslashph31032. Good luck!
