hear me out
ok my man after reading in what situation you're i felt i have to help you
so listen up cause its gonna be long.
at your current weight i wouldn't suggest to workout any kind of high level aerobic exercises
i mean like running and anything similar in terms of effort - because you can damage your cartilages in your legs for example.
the main thing you need to do at the moment is to CHANGE your lifestyle nutrition-Wise
or else you WILL go up to your current weight or even more if you do manage to drop a few pounds.
that means 5-6 not too big meals every day based on your daily calorie expenditure according to your own special givens - like weight, age, height, fat to body mass ratio, and so on.
after your metabolism will fire up a little you will moderately start doing a little aerobics
2-3 times a week and a little later you need to lift weights a little because weight lifting causes an increase in lean body mass which causes to an increase in metabolism rate.
basically it all starts with what you eat.
i would very much recommend you to dig up a little in the nutrition subject cause you cant relay on some diet plan to work for you OR on some person who claims to be a Nutrition Guru or whatever .
you have a UNIQUE body which is UNIQUE only to you !. what suits you necessarily WONT suit someone else and you have to get that, some people are very sensitive to carbohydrates, others are insulin insensitive, etc. those things require a great deal of changes to the specifically spoken person's MENU, thats why i wouldnt trust on some menu that everyone can get over the internet.
i could write more and more but in order to implement those concepts YOU must UNDERSTAND them first.
Believe me thats easiest and most preferred way.. much better then drop a few pounds and later on gain it all back and sometimes even more.
and STOP EATING OUTSIDE if you do ! only home made stuff
if you're interested in further help pm me or something..

Help
You have to realize that the way your body looks has come from eating behaviors. You have to be able to recognize your behaviors and you have to be willing to make some changes. The best way to make yourself aware of your eating habits is to write down what you eat in a journal for about 3 days. Then with the food pyramid as your model for healthy eating, decide were you can make small yet worthwhile changes. Remember that calories are the only thing that makes you gain or lose weight, its the types of foods you eat that can affect your long term health. So here is what you need to do in this order.
1. write down some SMART goals for yourself (specific, measurable, realistic, and timely). example: I want to lose 20 lbs in 3 months . Or I want to eat at least 3 fruits or vegetables a day and walk around the block for 20 min 4 times a week.
2. find the food pyramid online and learn how much you need to eat of each food group
3. somewhere on that website you should be able to find a meal tracker, print that off and record your food intake for a few days, or just write it down on your own form
4. You might even try consultation with a Registered Dietitian (Muuuuuch different and more knowledgeable than a personal trainer / nutritionist / health-food salesperson
5. Stay motivated by rewarding yourself for your hard work now and again, and remember that you don't have to eat right every single meal. Just most meals, or for more of the meals that you eat.
--------------------
Health is no longer just a desirable attribute, but a profound responsibility.

Have you try some morning routines like walking for 30 minutes or running for 20 minutes. You can switch your meal plan to oatmeal and raw vegetables

Hiya
I have never done this before so I am just trying it out before I write too much.
I have come on this site as I have been losing cm/inches over the past couple of weeks and I am so excited that I wanted to share it with others about how I've done it
Do you want to know more?
