That is the secret to actual weight loss. Anyone can tell you how to lose weight (burn more calories than you eat) the problem is that we all know that and we are still getting fatter.
I had the same problem until I took part in The Diet Smart Plan, it is a really easy book to read and only cost $9.95. I am not trying to sell anything, but the plan does work.
yes it is very difficult but i found that just writing down everything i ate for a few weeks helped me understand and realise where i was going wrong. I know you hear it everywhere -"write down what you eat" and it CAN be a pain but sometimes it is the only way
