hello im 18 and im really new here. back when i was in the philippines, i was a skinny girl who weighed about 100 lbs. and now i moved to california, i gained me 115 llbs which made it hard for me to lose right now,
i eat right, i go to the gym but then i bulked up so quickly, its hard to lose the muscle ive earned from doing ellipticals and weights.
i could barely fit the jeans i bought the past months which really frustrates me.
i need some help. please? =)
i would love to lose at least 5 pounds this year. and id love to slim my thighs down. does that mean i have to stop going to the gym?
