Hi,
I havn't been eating since New Years day. I have just eaten one apple a day and drinking loads of water and I'm starting to feel hungry. Any advice?

Sorry, but that looks like something I did in the toilet on New Years Eve after my curry. I was on that loo for hours.

HI there, I don't think that chocolate was very nice on posting some food. This should be a support group.
Foodlover: I know this is hard, but I really think, that by just eating an apple a day and tons of water is not the best way to manage you're weight loss.
Please read some more forums, like http://www.cabbage-soup-diet.com I'm aslo in this forum, and have found incredible support. I suggest you try the Cabbage soup Diet to jump start a weight loss program and start feeling good!!!!
I know that for me, It's very hard to diet, but I find it easier with some support. Don't dispair! you are not alone....
