I'm 19 and going on my first holiday with my boyfriend in 5 weeks and want to look my best. I've always been 126lbs or there about and now I weigh 147lbs!! I need to loose at least 21lbs. I know I won't be able to do this in 5 weeks but even 10lbs would be great.
I've just signed up to fatloss4idiots.com, and i'm on day 1. You diet for 11 days then break for 3. It claims to make you up to 9lbs in 11 days. My friend has done it and the weight is falling off her, and I've read a lot of reviews about it. If anyone would like to join in with me it would be great motivation!! I will download the diets for you if you don't want to join yourself!!
I'm on day one, so I need all the support I can get. I only have 5 weeks to go for my holiday!!
How is everyone else doing? What sort of diets are you on and are they working.
Dina, i notice your stuck in a rut!! When i've dieted before I always get stuck. This is when your body gets too used to what your eating and therefore does not burn enough calories. I learnt this through my diet i'm on. You need to vary the food you eat and at alternate times, and eat eanough. If you eat too little your body panics and stores calories cause it thinks your starving yourself. And also if your working out a lot you will be making muscle and muscle weighs more than fat!!
I want to loose 45lbs. But I want to take it off sensibly. I would love a quick fix but it never lasts so I am ready to do what's needed, meaning eating right and exercising. Is there anyone looking for a long-term buddy?
Hi, I am also new at this and need lots of help. I need to lose a lot of weight and it's really hard to get motivated. I am trying to reduce my calorie intake and my biggest problem is the exercise. I have 3 kids and don't really have a lot of tome to exercies. When I do get a little time i feel to tired. What should I do?
