Ever since Christmas I've been trying to lose those extra 10 lbs so I can comfortly fit back into my clothes. I'm looking for some encouragement, and I'd also like to help cheer someone along in return. Currently, I'm on this Idiot-Proof Diet. Usually, I just exercise and watch what I eat, but after a good 6 months of failing at that, I decided to try it. Is anyone else on this diet?
I'm not on that diet but walking is a great way to get toned up and in shape. For inspiration especially by yourself, I would recommend placing pictures of others on your pc of how you want to look. It worked for most of my patients although it will take work. Hang in there 10lbs is not that hard to lose. I'm with you.
