Hi Megan,
My name is Vanessa. I am 27 years old. I am from Halifax, lived in Ottawa for a couple years and am now living in Taiwan. I am living with my boyfriend of 7 years. I teach English part-time and am opening Subway restaurants here, we currently have 2 and are working on a third.
I want to lose about 55lbs and would like to lose 30 of those before the end of September. I really want to get healthy and fit as well and would like more energy, too.
I am really serious about losing the weight this time and would like to have a buddy to email everyday and talk about food, exercise and help keep each other on track.

HI MEGAN
MY NAME IS RHONDA... I AM A 36 I RECENTLY HAD MY FIRST BABY, THOUGH HE WAS A BLESSING .......MY WEIGHT GAIN IS NOT.
LIKE YOU I AM HOPING TO LOSE 45LBS I AM ABOUT 6FT EVEN THOUGH I MAY HIDE MY WEIGHT BETTER THAN OTHERS I FEEL MY ENERGY AND MOTIVATION IS LACKING BECAUSE OF THE WEIGHT GAIN.
AROUND A WEEK OR TWO BEFORE I BECAME PREGNANT I WAS MANAGING TO LOSE 2-3 PDS A WEEK ......BUT I AM BACK AT THE GYM AND I AM NOT GETTING THE SAME RESULTS AND I AM GETTING VERY DISCOURAGED.

Hello, all of you!
I'm also 27, and my ultimate weight goal is between 45-65 lbs. However, since Rome wasn't built in a day, I'm setting a mini-goal of 15 lbs by September.
I am amazed at how "global" our community here is. I mean from Taiwan to Canada to the US. We're everywhere! How do you think we can set up a support schedule? Billboarding is fine, but I bet we'd really benefit from a group chat or something like that.
What are your thoughts on that?
