Alright so i'm 17 years old i'm just about 5 foot 10 inches, and I weigh about 275 lbs. I really need some help on how I can loose a lot of this weight, I have tried stuff before but it all seemed really demanding with all the other stuff I have to worry about as well like school, work, team practice, band practice and a lot of other stuff. I really need some help on how I can do all this without getting super stressed out I guess. Can anyone helpme out?
You can try some cardio for 20 minutes in the morning, if you are too tired. Or you can change your meal plan instead. And its important to overcome stress and sleep well.
