I'm New WOOO!

Hi everyone! Hows everyone doing? Ok, let's see here. This is my story. 3 days ago i woke up and looked in the mirror. I was thinking to myself, god im fat! Let me do something about this fatness. But first i needed some motivation, well i graduate from my high school in 3 months, so lets make that my motivation.

Here are my stats.

Age: 18
Height: 5/4
Weight: 165lbs


So here has been my meal plans for the past few days

Morning: Fruit and bottle of water
Afternoon: bowl of corn flakes and whole wheat toast and water
Night: Veggies or boiled eggs and water
LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!
I drink about a liter a day

Excersize plan:

I run in between 10-20min a day.
Lift weights and work out my chest and abs and arms.

So here are my questions. Feel free to give me ANY suggestions on my plan or anything else. Feel free to add or delete anything in my plan or up or decreease anything!. My goal is to lose this 30lbs in 3 months the SAFESET WAY POSSIBLE!

1. Is the amount of water im drinking enough?
2. Am i getting enough food? I don't feel hungry and I only eat until im satisfied! not STUFFED! I dont eat passed 7pm
3. Is my goal reachable?
4. Also, if I were to stick with this plan, how fast or slow will i lose this weight?

hey hun,

That doesn't seem like alot of food, I know we are supposed to eat less on a diet but that seems a little drastic! If you're not feeling hungry then maybe thats enough for you, my only concern would be that you're more likely to binge if you're not eating enough day to day and end up putting on even more weight. Everyones different and other people may disagree with me but as a rule the amount of calories you should have a day for SAFE and STEADY weight loss is around 1,200 (this can alter slightly depending on your weight to start with and how much you have to lose) I understand the urge to eat as little as possible and lose weight as quickly as possible trust me! but the best way to do it is in a way that you are able to stick to.
