Sorry Joe--didn't mean to seem so argumentative. I just didn't understand because it seemed like some foods were on both the "high" and "low" lists.

What Joe is trying to say is that there are some good and bad types of carbohydrates, processed sugar is a bad carbohydrate; whole wheat is a good carbohydrate, etc....

Now who wants to help me lose weight!!!!!

nat I'd say that if you only want to loose the 10-20lbs then just keep p with the gym (do some running that works great) and make some slight modifications to your diet. Could you please post what you eat in an avg. day? That would give a better idea
