hi i would like to say that i have just ended the second day on this and what is some good sugestions with cooking some of the stuff.
so far i feel good and everything is going good well i started out monday morning at 223 pounds so we will see how it works for me i hope good because it seems like i have tryed everything and i'm trying to walk when ever i can but i work at a vets office and sometimes i go to work at 8am and i work for 12 hours so i get home about 8:30 pm and i'm tired but one good thing is we have stairs there and i have been trying to go up and down then a few extra times a day.

One suggestion I do have is using I can't believe it's not butter spray for your vegetables. It tastes pretty normal and has no calories or fat. Do exactly what the diet says, do not watch the calories or fat you're taking in, other than the condiments. I think the reason why I have not lost the 9 lbs in each 11 days because I do not exercise. I think if you do a little exercise each day you will lose the total 9 lbs. Let us know how you do.
