Is anyone on the LA Weight Loss Program? I have been on it for over a year, the first 7 months I lost 22 pounds, and now nothing since. I keep teetering between 153 and 150. I need some help other than from the center their suggestions are not working, and I feel they are not putting much effort into helping me. Has anyone else had this problem with not losing?
