I JOINED LA WEIGHTLOSS LAST WEEK AND I AM CURIOUS TOO. FOR ALL THAT MONEY , I'D LIKE SOME REASSURANCE FROM REGULAR PEOPLE, NOT JUST THEIR PAID EMPLOYEES.

Hi there. I just signed up for LA WEightloss and officially start my diet tomorrow. I want some support from others because this diet is very costly and iM alreadyfinding some drawbacks, especially the part you have to pay everything up front. I did that two day kick off diet but I cheated its not very motivating. I had to drink a juice along with some proteins not into it at all. Let me know how its going. I am working on my menu for the week tongiht. IT is very confusing. Is anyone taking their supplements or bars. Let me know please good luck to everyone

Hello! I joined LA Weight Loss 5 weeks ago. So Far so good. I've lost a total of 10 pounds so far. I am also looking for someone who's been on the plan for a while and who can give me some tips for this plan.

HI there. Glad I finally see a post. Well i went to get weighed today and since officially starting a week ago today, well I actually started eating the right way Monday following everything including the bars, I have lsot 3 pounds. I think thats pretty fast and good. IM HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am 5'2 never weighed what I weigh now when I went to LA. I weighed last Friday 161 (more than when I was 9 months pregnant) (WEIRD) cuz my stomach isnt that big now.
I now weigh 158. I want to go down to 120. I think that the LA lite bars definitely do the trick but can get pricy.
Also, the supplements I am taking the FB500.
My menu so far is kind of boring because I had not done groceries til today for the diet but it has worked.
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.
LA lites 10:00 a.m.
Lunch: 12:00 Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on white bread (that worked)
6 mini carrots 1 diet coke, 1 small orange
3:30 1 banana
LA Lites 4:00
5:30 light yogurt
6:00 chicken breast skinless and boneless with lemon juice and salt and pepper and I cant believe its not butter, green peas, 6 carrots a little diet coke
I just had three pieces of sugarless gum
8 glasses of water.
Thats pretty much waht I am doing

Was looking for a forum or discussion baord and came across this one which looks good. I have been on LA Weight centers diet since November 28th and have lost 20 lbs. I have approx. 8 more lbs to go. I am never hungry, always feel full and don't feel I am depriving myself. I started at a size 14 and am now a size 8. this is the first diet I actually paid money for so I was hesitant but my neighbour had joined a week before me, which we didn't even know, and we are both on target for our weight loss.

Your menu looks different from mine:
Here is a typical one for me:
Breakfast: 2 pcs low carb toast and margarine
apple
1/2 cup of low fat milk
Snack: la lite
Lunch:
chicken ceasar salad
orange
afternoon: la lite, carrots
Dinner: Grilled fish, or steak or chicken breast
cooked brocolli, fruit salad
also sometimes I make grilled chicken in the cream of chicken soup that you can substitute your la lite bar for, this adds variety

Hello - I'm in my third week of LAWL and love it!!! I needed to be "held accountable" and it is working - I have lost 6lbs so far. My goal is to loose 48 total. My goal date is Sept 23rd.
