Hi there...I am sure I am like most people when I say that I slip up ALOT. I have 15lbs to lose and seem to start off on a great foot for a few days but then go off my diet for a week and seem to have to "start over" again. I have tried so many things and taken many people's suggestions like focusing on eating healthy, portion control, and trying to avoid limiting yourself from your favorite foods (just eat in moderation). Nothing seems to work. When I do "slip up" I just get more upset with myself and frustrated.
I have no problem with exercising as I was a college athlete. My problem is with food control. I am definitely an emotional eater (hence my weight has ballooned up) and am trying to get things under control to take control of my life.
I would love to work together with someone who is going through the same thing.
