Hi I am also a 27 year old mother of 2, after my first child I was weighing 212 pounds, it took me 4 years to drop 60lbs dieting off and on until I reached my all time lowest 145, before getting pregnant with my second, and now I am back at 185 (which is still better then what I was) but I am dying to get this baby weight off. I am in search of support also so maybe we can motivate each other to keep moving. I do notice dieting and exercise is a lot easier when you have someone to motivate you. Let me know if you are interested.

Hello Girls ,
I know how all of you feel because I've gone through it as well many times. It's always hard to loss weight and so easy to gain it back. For some reason it's so much harder for us girls to loose weight. I've been able to loss weight and stay at a stable weight for about 2 yrs. What helped me the most at the beginning was getting into the http://www.weight-watchers.ca program and exercise a few times a week. I usually varied my exercise, so I wouldn't get bored. One day I walked, the next I rode my bike, pilates, yoga, I also did spinning (which is my favorite) and this really helped me keep off the weight. The combination of all these things really helped for immediate results as well as future results. I also think it's a mental thing. When you tell your body your on a diet and you cant eat certain things then it makes you crave it more, but when you take it one day at a time you will see better results. Now I'm at the point where I eat anything I want, but the trick is eating at specific times everyday and drinking lots of water. I'm also a believer of grean tea, I drink 1-2 cups of grean tea every morning. Well, I hope this helps you all.

Hello! Looks like I'm not alone. I'm only a mom of one, but I've been battling baby weight (ok, and work weight, school weight, and lazy-weight) ever since he was born 4 years ago. I have a lot of work ahead of me. I've skyrocketed of late up to 211. I want to get back down to 180. To start with. I can't do it alone. My husband is supportive, but he can't keep from buying ice cream and chips, and I have no willpower. I can't do this without someone else to encourage me. My email is mesasa1978@aol.com. Email me if you have room for one more in this group!
