I have lost some weight with 2 day diet pills

Hello,

I've found a website with great diet pills products for low price. I've tried their products and it work great. I've lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. it's amazing. I've introduced to my sisters and they all love it. My self and the younger sister are taking the 2 day diet pills while my older sister likes the 3 day fit pills. I got the products from yenbeauty . com or email me for the link luvlyblue @ yahoo

Well, hope that information help anyone who wants to lose weight the quicker/easier route. The best and healthiest way is always to eat properly with regular diet =). It's easy to say but hard to do....

Lose that belly fat

I want to get down to about 220lbs, I am at about 268 right now. I have a lot of belly fat and what is most irritating is the fat that sits on my backside which I never had problems with before. It is unsightly and I feel ashamed of it. How do you attack this area?

Hello bhbrown,

Unfortunately there are no shortcuts and frankly, most diets don't work. You just have to put your lifestyle on a diet, not your body. Frankly, what works well for me is daily walks. I walk around 4-5 miles everyday and I love it. It takes a while to develop that habit but once you develop it you will be able to not only lose weight but also keep it off.

All the best.

Losing 20 more.

Well I was 297 lbs about a year and a half ago, lots of running (5-6 miles a day, 5-6 days a week) and lots of healthy food (eliminated fast food/eating out almost completely) got me to where I am at now (205 - and i'm 6'3). Want to lose about 20 more , get down around 185-190. Its so hard though, I have been stuck at 205 for a long time. I guess its time to crank up the workouts or something.

I need 15 more for over 100!

I read some of the other posts and it is so hard to get in a slump and get stuck that is where I am right now. I know it is not the diet because I have lost 91, but for some reason I have been stuck now for over a month with no change. I even added an extra day of fitness so I am up to 5! I guess I will be patient and keep trying. I cheerlead everyone trying because it is super hard but I think once you get on track and stick to a plan it definitely helps. That's what I did when I started the 9th Law and now I can at least maintain a simple and healthy meal plan. Good Luck everyone

Red face Newbie here...

Hi,

I am starting at 160 lbs and would really like to be around 135, so I am trying to lose 25 lbs. Between running my in-home daycare and a very busy husband and 3 kids, I do not have time to hit the gym or even attempt to get on my own treadmill more twice a week for a half hour (if I am lucky enough for that). So, I have turned to watching my food intake. My goal is to eat around 1300 calories a day. I LOVE pop and Redbull so I have limited myself to only one of these things a day and have started drinkning lots of water. I am taking the time to make better food choices and am weighing and measuring ALL of my food. Hopefully this all will help!!!!
