Is Losing weight IMPOSSIBLE?

I am 20 years old female, I seem to eat really healthy for couple days eatting fruits, vegetables, small amt of carb then couple days later i binge eat and well, i gain weight. I cannot control my weight and I exercise regulary too but I can't slim down. It can be my bodytype, but I know i can lose excess fat of mine. I have searched for tips, information, talked to a weak nutritionist at school I goto but she wasn't helpful. I don't know what to do anymore, it's depressing me and really becoming a huge problem in my life. this weight loss struggle has been a huge stress on my shoulders over the year.

Are there certain type of food I need to eat, what kind of excercise I need to do. I probably will get the same answers as I already know, but someone please help me. This has been a huge problem in my life and it's causing problems.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone can help me.

Hi, just wanted to sympathise with you! I have the same problem! Am currently trying to eat fruit only for breakfast and lunch, and then a low-fat/carb diet. I'm getting married this year, and really need help motivating myself and also a sensible plan to follow so I don't crash it all of, then pile it all on again!
