Menu Suggestions

I was wondering if anybody was on LA Weight Loss and if so What are you getting to get your protein, starches, veggies, fruits, fats, and dairy in. I have ran out of ideas. Chicken is boring.

Every food can be boring if you just prepare it in the same way every time - but chicken never has to be just plain chicken. I experiment quite a bit to keep things interesting and to be able to have something new for my newsletter and to add new recipes to my slimming club site every week.

That's the problem with diets I think - they are very restrictive when in truth you'll find a ton of delightful recipes out there which are easy to prepare, healthy and low in calories. We are missing out on so much by limiting our food choice to the same plain food meal after meal.

Tonight I'm trying out Creamy Chicken pasta which has less than a tablespoon of low fat creme fraiche per person to give it the creaminess - but this will make all the difference between a boring dish and something special (I hope!)
