Well for about a week now Iv been doing my own thing.
Iv been eating a big breakfast, then Id walk.
Then about 3-4 hours later eat a small lunch then walk again.
Then for dinner something a lil more then walk again.
I dont eat sweets or drink cokes.
Iv also been drinking more water & grapefruit juice..
does anyone think this would help me lose weight?

Sounds like you're doing great! Did you know it takes about 3500 calories subtracted from your diet to loose a pound a week? You can do that by watching what you eat and exercising like you posted. Hope you stick with it. I wish I could work with a schedule like that. The job I'm at now doesn't actually have a set break schedule because of so many slow periods throughout the day we're expected to grab and go. Please let me know if its working for you!
