hello hello! i need a diet buddy!! i'm 5'2 and need to lose 30-40lbs. i'm terrible in that i yo-yo diet and can put the weight back on so quickly. but this really needs to stop. i'm looking for someone who can help keep me motivated and on track, someone who wouldn't mind being a constant force in this process. this means daily or regular emails because i think the biggest culprit for me veering off track is i resort to food as comfort but if there was a real person who could act as that comfort provider, then it'd be easier? of course, i'll reciprocate as well. i'm good at motivating people.
