Hi there. I was always a skinny child and I'm only five feet tall and small boned. I started putting on weight when I got married at nineteen. I am 26 now and I've tried many many diets on my own and even quit the gym I joined. I do own a treadmill (it's that dusty thing in the corner covered in spider webs). I currently weigh 102.5kg and I need to be 55kg. I am not sure what that is in lbs, except to say a LOT. I've looked for support from friends and my husband and no one else in my family is overweight and so I thought it would be best to get support from people who know what's it like to struggle with being overweight. I know this is going to take a year or two but I am determined to get my slim frame back and I don't want to still be this fat when I'm 30. I have a goal!
It would be great to find a diet buddy who also has a lot of weight to lose so I can stay motivated and get my lbs down. Does anyone know of a good diet and excercise routine for losing a lot of weight? I'd love to hear some success stories!
