Good Morning. I値l try and be brief but I知 getting really frustrated and finally need to seek help from others in the same position. I知 51 yrs old and have never had problems shedding a few pounds over the years. I知 going through menopause and have been for a couple years, gradually. I started three weeks ago with giving up pop completely, drinking 64 oz. of water (with wylers lemonade mix - only 5 cal.) daily. Breakfast consists of 2 pieces of flax seed and fiber bread with VERY LITTLE peanut butter. Around 10 I have a 60 cal. yogurt and maybe a few almonds. Lunch consists of California Roll sushi, salad with low fat or fat free dressing and an orange. Dinner is whatever my family is eating but less. I eat nothing after 8. I need help with what I知 doing wrong. I don稚 exercise like I should and I know I need to do more of that but I致e always been able to at least drop 3-5 pounds by now. HELP!!!
