I Know Ive Posted Before, But im Now about a week into my Diet and Ive lost Nothing I Do 7 Minutes On the Treadmill a Day ( Burning About 70 - 80 Calories ) And Getting a Weights Bench Very Soon To Gain Muscle

This Is My Diet

Morning - Bowl Of Bran
Lunch - Half of Chicken And a Salad
Dinner - Scrambled Eggs And 1 Slice Of Toast

This is Around about what i have, May vary Day After Day

I Want to Loose Atleast 2 - 3 Stones By September - October, Any Help Would Be Great

i can help a bit. i was watching national body challenge on discovery channel that one of the trainers said to help lose weight eat types of foods that run, fly, or swim. plus i read on msn.com that eating almonds will also help with weight loss

Well 4meals are better then 3 plus drink lots of water,i drink around 5pints! Well i'm sure someone else will help i'm no expert!
