Hi Andy, what kind of build is your body? Athletic? Short, tall? How many pounds do you want to lose? How often do you eat throughout the day?

Hey Andy,
I'm 19 and trying to lose weight. I only want to lose a stone and a half. I'm doing a diet called weight loss for idiots which I've lost 3lbs in a week already. I'm losing weight for my holiday which is in 5 weeks, and need heaps of support. I have a thread, so if you look at it, it explains the diet!!
See what you think!!
