[color=green]I've tried dieting before and i maybe get a day into it before i end up quiting i just cant seem to motivate myself if you could give me a few words of ecnouragement i would love it
I know just how you feel, I have tried so many diets and everytime I break them. Sometimes i just think I have to face facts and accept that I will never be skinny!
And no one seems to be able to give me any advise on motivation - I guess it must just come from within or something.

Hi, I am new to this site, and new to diet discussion boards. I think that if you try no to think of it as a diet, but an eating plan, it is not so restrictive. If you allow yourself to have small treats and enjoy them it helps to disguise the "diet". You might not lose with as quickly, but you might be able to stay motivated for the rest of your life.
Think of food as a fuel source, and you don't want to clog up your drains by putting too much fuel in.
Try making a collage of pcitures of what you would like to look like when you meet your goals.
Just by logging on to this site I got over a temptation to eat when I'm really not hungry.
I get off track because I get so busy with my kids, job, and other responsibilities that I eat without thinking. But I am working on it.
