Drink a ton of water to start cleansing out your body. Eat a high protein, low carb diet. Eggs, fish, chicken, meat. Stay away from breads, sugars, snacks and juices. Set up a plan to eat every 4 hours or so..but make them meals, not snacks. Small portions, coupled with high protein and low carbs will do wonders.

HOWEVER..you need to stay dedicated to it..no going off the plan. If you're hungry..drink water

I do not know about losing a ton of wieght in one week, but if you could do a detox for 10 days and follow it you may be able to lose a good amount. THe plan includes fruits and veg and wonderful and safe suppliments that keep you digestive tract and intestines clean, help speed up metabolism. Let me know if you want more info.

Hi

Please, please, please dont undertake a "diet" in order to lose a stone in a week. You may get results depending on what you do but it messes with your hormones and your metabolism. Why not devise an eating plan you can stick to for life. Yes the weight will take longer to come off - but you will be less likely to cave in like you can when on one morning you suddenly wake up and decide to lose a stone in a week,

Chances are after the diet anyway this weight will go back on - so what's the point? Youre only wasting your own time and making that time extremely uncomfortable.

What is the urgency to lose it in one week?

Take care and I hope you get something sorted out.

I used to weigh 17 stone. I tried lots of diets but never losts much. then a friend of mine gave me the number of a life coach. She was friendly ad helped me to set gaols and taught me how to achieve them.
I am now 10 stone (and a size 10!) and have never been happier.

Thats why I wanted to share her service with you all as I know how hard dieting can be but there is hope at the end of the tunnel.

If you are interested her email address is :shelleymc82@hotmail.com

She offers a free taster session so if you don't like it you have nothing to lose.
