Hi guys, Well after going from to 17Stone 4lb to 15 Stone 6/7lb Is amazing, But I don't want to stop, I had back problems and stopped for 3 months, and stayed the same weight, now I want to go to atleast 14Stone (need to get rid of my massive belly) :P
Starting again means new regeme, basicly today I think I done a little to much (Nearly fainted) because I guess I'm not used to it. I did 1 Minute on Speed rope and felt REALLY dizzy and out of breath, as before I could do Rope for atleast 30 minutes and no tired.
Today I did Weights, but aerobic style not gaining mass, Did 3 x 25 On Light weights for Bench Press Flat, then 2 x 15 Bench on Incline, Then 2 x 15 On Bicep Curls, 2 x 15 On Triceps, And Wide arms 2 x 15 for Back and Inner Arms (Hands closer together) 2 x 15, Then Bicep Curls on Pully with 2 x 10.
Had a little rest and then did 30 Sit Ups and then a Back hold for 30 seconds, Felt good but 2 minutes later I had to lie down due to me feeling really faint.
Tomorrow I will do Treadmill and Rope/Bike and Thursday Il do what I did today.
For food
Breakfast - Bowl of Fruit an Fibre and Semi Skimmed Milk and Fruit
Lunch - Half Chicken with Salad and 2 Pears
3rd Meal - Crab sticks and ALOT of water
Dinner - Rest of Chicken with Salad, Veg and maybe some gravy with chicken
And that's it, Any help would be great as I need it Will I loose 2lb per week doing this?..
Thanks

Without kjnowing more about you, it is impossible to tell. I don't think the dizziness is normal, but I am not a doctor. Have you had a physical?

I've seen the doc yesterday, He basicly said that I have a slow blood flow to my head than normal people, Nothing they can do.
Physical? What do you mean?

In the States, a physical is a full examination conducted by a doctor on an individual to make sure that everything is up to snuff. A physical would include blood and urine testing as well as other checkups too...
Kinda curious how the doc determined you had "slow blood flow" to your head..
Was there some kind of device he hooked up to test that?

I see, The doc basicly asked me MANY questions when/how I get dizzy at these times, and nothing serious had popped into his head, so this was the last thing on his mind, Maybe I'm just tall...
