Hey everyone, I'm new. I've joined a couple of diet boards, hoping to get help and just general information on getting the weight off and keeping it off!

My name is Jess, and I'll be 19 in may. I'm around 5'11-6', and weight 158 pounds. From January until march I was going to the gym at least 3 times a week, and I could really tell it was paying off because I was getting firmer and whatnot.

However, since then, I've slipped off the wagon and went up to 165 pounds again. I've gotten 7 of them off, and I just started running on the tredmill again two days ago - one mile a night at 4.1 miles an hour.

My hardest problem is getting my daily calories up to the right amount where I don't starve my body. Once I start counting them, I start getting obsessed and absolutely freak and feel disgusting when I go over 1200. And as for the fat grams, I cannot for hte life of me get myself to eat over 20 a day. I'm lucky some days if I even get 10. I know it's bad, and I need to get more in and just be more healthier. but...meh.

I absolutely love stair-steppers, but the one I used was at the gym, and I hate going down their now. I really need to..perhaps I'll go there twice a week. I'll run a mile three times a week, and then go to the gym twice a week - 5 days a week total.

Anyways...yeah. That's me. :P
