Hi everyone,
I joined the site because I am having trouble loosing weight, mainly because I lack motivation. I live with my husband and my mother, both of which have never spent a day of their life overweight, so they can't really offer me advice.
Hopefully here I will be able to find some motivation!!
hi asrais-well-u will feel better physically and mentally if u loose excess weight.i know it is hard to loose weight when others around u don't have the need to loose.my hubby is one of those. he is overweight but he can loose so easy.everyone in my family smokes-i don't now.they want me to so they can lite up everywhere and then i could supple them with smokes when they are out.also i cook for everyone-it is very hard.hubby wants pancakes and eggs and hashbrowns for breakfast...with tons of butter and syrup. i was always a comfort food gal. love them. but now i love doing my exercise. going for long walks and it is so pretty out right now...with the spring blossoms in bloom everywhere.the weight loss is for me to get healthy instead of being in pain and on medication and being sick. not a quality life style. u can do it.i have lost 80 pound. i am off of meds. and feeling good.i get to wear new skinner clothes and it is fun to shop for them.there is so much progressive and fun and great about loosing weight and getting into better shape. good luck. it is worth it.rae-dean
