Hello All! I am a 30 year old mother of two who has had much success losing the weight after the birth of both of my kids. HOORAY, right? Wrong.....I have now found a much harder task.......maintaining my weight. I have a tendency to yo-yo because I can't find a workout/eating routine that I can stick to. I'm hoping that by talking to others who are either trying to lose weight or just need extra support, that I can find something that works for me. I'd love to hear from anyone who has some advice!
