Hi
hey
im not sure how you guys want to lose the weight but im on somethign different now. Its a weight loss tablet you put in water. I thought it was really different, cause you're suppose to drink 8 glasses a day..i never found the time though so this works out. You add the table to 3 glasses and its a hunger surpressent and boosts metabolism. Only bad thing i can see so far is that after drinking it you feel sorta too full, like bloated. I guess that can be good and bad though cause it keeps you from eating but you feel like you've eaten a 4 course meal haha, the taste is ok, really faint hardly there lemonish. Ive lost 7 pounds so far so im happy, i really only tried it cause they give a 30 money back guarantee if it doesnt work, made me feel more comfortable y'know? almost like trying it for free. I always think that you have to beleive in what your doing though, mind power is pretty important I think to help it along. I would give you the website but you can't on this forum, so you can always go to google and write it in the search its called Slimmevescent. I Hope this helps and everythign goes great with you guys! Good Luck
Karen

Thanks
Thanks for the advice.... I'm going to stick to WW and if that doesn't work I will give it a shot. I'm really motivated to lose the weight so think I can stick with it. I'm a much happier person when I'm smaller.... been having some anxiety/depression issues lately since my son had a minor accident (shot a nail threw his fingers with a nail gun). Seems that it set off some kind of trigger for me so I think I need to make some changes. Trying to get healthy mentally and phyisically. :0)

Newbie
I'm new here-trying to lose from 165 to 135 hopefully.
Trying to go low carb and trying to keep it as low as possible with the fat.
Going on a week and a half--i'm waiting for 2 weeks to weigh. I feel that I am shrinking though. This has worked before, but of course went back to bad eating habits after going through a divorce and such.

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to mention here that my wife and I have both used the Apple Patch Diet to lose quite a bit of weight the last month and a half. I have lost about 12 lbs. and my wife has lost about 8. I think it is a newer product but I'm not really sure. Anyway, it's a patch that you stick on your upper arm or lower abdomin and you leave it on for three days at a time. It's nice because you don't have to pop pills, etc. all day long. We paid around $50 for a two month supply each (they have a buy one get one free special running at getthedietpatch dot com). I guess overall that's about avage price these days.
Anyway, I hope this helps and good luck to all of you!
Terry
p.s. I am NOT affiliated with the apple patch diet!
