New and need some help

Hi everone,

I hope you can help me out a bit, here's my story:

I've been dieting for quite a while now and lost 25 lbs in total with a lot of effort. I struggled a great deal with saying no to all those yummy deserts snacks and stuff ppl on a diet better keep their hands off. Later though, it became easy.

Then there was vacation. And for vacation, I went to visit my grandmother, who lives at the other side of the world, for 5 weeks. That was great, only I had one problem: she wouldn't cooperate with my diet, saying: "it's the summervacation, vacation is for fun, you can pick up dieting afterwards." Result: gained 10 pounds and not linking it. "But once you pick up your diet again, all those pounds will melt away, just like before" I said to myself. I was wrong. I was back where I started: I'm having such a hard time saying no to foods with loads of calories or controlling my portions, simply because I hadn't been doing so for 5 weeks.

Any tips to get me started again? I really need to control my cravings. I don't wanna gain all those pounds again!

Good question. Once you've lost momentum I don't know why its so hard to start all over again. Maybe you just have to decide that you're not restarting, but continuing. You've gained 10 lbs, not the whole 25, so you're still ahead of the game. Just continue - you can do it.

Smile have you tried heballife shapeworks?

Hi, I too was having difficulty losing weight again after a weeks holiday. I am now using a product by hebalife called shapeworks. I feel full all the time and love their snacks. I also take their cell activator which helps break down the fat in your system and thermo complete which helps stop the cravings. The shakes are so much nicer than thetinned ones found in chemists and supermarkets and i have bags of energy as well!!!!
I found them on www.trimandhealthy.co.uk Hope you manage to get motivated again!!!

Sometimes you need a boost. I find that starting a total body cleanse can help you to get going again. There is a great product that can help you to clean out your system in a very sage and natural way in 10 days. I love it. I would love to share it with you.

Hello
It can be difficult sometimes but if you are having such a difficult time it could be to do with what diet you are following. At the end of the day your eating plan should satisfy you and if you eat correctly you shouldn't be craving sweet, sugary foods. If you eat wholegrain carbs that should help take away the cravings, but another possibility is that you are lacking something from your diet. Can you think of what this may be?

Another thing is don't deny yourself anything. One day a week have a "treat" and indulge in that treat and enjoy it. Another thing to consider is your exercise regime. What exercise do you do at the moment as 10lbs is a lot to gain just over one holiday which makes me think that maybe you could do with participating in some more cardio work.

Let me know how it goes anyway.
